Hello Dark

I'm testing out a few photoshop brushes I made.  This is a quick sketch I did based on Lemony Snicket's The Dark.  It's a really fun children's book with some amazing illustrations by Jon Klassen.

Voyage to The Moon

I just watched the 1902 film Voyage to the Moon, and I thought it would be a fun project to do a more modern redesign of it.  This is just a fun painting I did while thinking of the movie. 

 

Guadalupe River Park

Here is a quick plein air painting I did in guadalupe river park.  I did a little photoshop cleanup because I had to leave the park earlier than I wanted and didn't get a chance to put the finishing touches.  Painting from life is extremely hard, and I have so much to learn.
